1910 E93 Standard Caramel Baseball Card Guide And Checklist

The 1910 E93 Standard Caramel set features 30 players and is one of the more colorful and popular caramel releases. Even though the set is small, it can be very difficult to complete, as the hall of famers are expensive and print runs are much smaller than tobacco sets of the era. The front of the card features a tinted black and white photo with a brightly colored background. The bottom of the card lists the player’s last name and team. Backs contain a banner stating “Base Ball Stars” and the 30 card checklist. The set is loaded with hall of famers, including Brown, Chance, Cobb, Evers, Jennings, Joss, Mathewson, Lajoie, Plank, Tinker, Waddell, Wagner, and Young. Of note, cards exist with slight variations of color backgrounds. For example, the Cobb can come in a bright orange background or a reddish background. Some of the images used in the set are used in other sets of the era. The Mathewson card features the same image used in the T206 set.
