1909 E95 Set Description
The 1909 E95 baseball set was the first release from the Philadelphia Caramel Co. The checklist is modest is size, featuring 25 players, but packed with star power. Fronts depict a full color drawing of each player, along with a bright background, and each player's last name and team on the bottom. Backs contain the set checklist and a small advertisement at the bottom, stating "Made by Philadelphia Caramel Co Camden New Jersey". The set is anchored by hall of famers Ty Cobb, Christy Mathewson, Honus Wagner, and Eddie Plank. E95s are one of the more affordable caramel issues. Collectors love this set because completing it is attainable, both from a price stand point and size of the set.

There are several players last name spelled wrong in the set including Mathewson (spelled "Matthewson), Williet (spelled "Willets"), and Hofman (spelled "Hoffman"). None were corrected
