Classic Sets

1909-1911 T206
-"The Monster" is one of the most popular pre-war tobacco sets.   It consists of 524 different cards including Honus Wagner, Ty Cobb, Walter Johnson, Cy Young, Christy Mathewson, and many other "Dead Ball" hall of famers



1933 Goudey
-Another popular pre-war set, this gum issue consists of many legendary hall of famers highlighted by Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Mel Ott, Rogers Hornsby to name a few.  This set consists of 240 cards



1952 Topps
-1952 is the first main stream set Topps released.  This beautifully designed set of 407 includes the most coveted rookie in the hobby- Mickey Mantle, as well as Willie Mays and Jackie Robinson.  The high numbers are highly sought after; legend has it Topps dumped excess inventory into the ocean



1953-1957 Topps
-This truly is the "golden era" for rookies.  In addition to some of the most visually appealing designs Topps has ever released, many rookies of top tier hall of famers were included in these years including Hank Aaron, Ernie Banks, Al Kaline, Roberto Clemente, Sandy Koufax, Brooks Robinson, and Frank Robinson
